Who we are
RefillPost (“we”, “us”) provides a Shopify application that lets merchants show post-purchase product offers to their customers. This policy describes how we handle information when you use refillpost.com and our Shopify app.
Information we collect
When you install RefillPost we receive your Shopify shop domain, access tokens required to operate the app, and billing status through Shopify. We store offer configuration you create (products, copy, discounts) and analytics events (offer impressions, accepts, declines, attributed revenue). We do not sell personal data.
Customer data
RefillPost processes order reference data provided by Shopify during post-purchase checkout to display relevant offers. We do not require your customers to create accounts with us. Customer payment is handled entirely by Shopify.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service (display offers, sign order changes, show merchant dashboards), improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not use merchant data for unrelated advertising.
Retention & security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure (Fly.io, PostgreSQL). If you uninstall the app, we deactivate your shop record and retain data only as long as needed for legal or billing obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by emailing support@refillpost.com. EU/UK merchants may exercise GDPR rights; we respond within 30 days.
