Agreement
By installing or using RefillPost you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
RefillPost provides post-purchase upsell tools for Shopify merchants, including offer configuration, checkout extensions, and revenue reporting. Features may change as Shopify’s platform evolves.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing system. Trials and subscription terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel through your Shopify admin. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your store’s legal compliance, product claims, pricing, and whether upsell offers are appropriate for your customers and jurisdiction. RefillPost does not provide legal advice.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Post-purchase offers require Shopify’s post-purchase feature and compatible checkout settings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefillPost is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
